Qualifications

• Minimum of an associate’s degree in nursing.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required; TNCC must be completed within 6 months of hire.
• ENPC is recommended.
• English reading and communication skills are required; bilingual abilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose patient and family needs to provide high-quality care.
• Provide patient care, monitor outcomes, and adjust care plans as needed.
• Perform system assessments on all assigned patients and identify abnormal parameters.
• Identify discharge planning needs on admission and coordinate care.
