ServiceMaster CDR is seeking an Emergency Response Technician in Willowick, OH, to be first on site after fires, floods and other emergencies. You’ll perform emergency board-up, tarp-over services, debris removal, and content pack-outs while communicating clearly with homeowners in crisis.

This role requires basic hand tool knowledge and a high school diploma or GED, with opportunities for career growth and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of construction/restoration experience (water, fire or mold).
• Basic hand tool knowledge.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Be first on site after fires, floods, and other emergencies.
• Perform emergency board-up and tarp-over services.
• Communicate with home and business owners in crisis.
• Assist in property cleanup, debris removal, and content pack-outs.
• Work with tools, ladders, and smart devices.
• Drive to multiple job sites — up to 75 miles/day.
• Be part of a 24/7 on-call rotation.
