Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency calls and initiate water mitigation services.
• Perform water extraction, steam cleaning, demolition, and mold remediation.
• Set up and monitor professional drying equipment.
• Accurately document progress using job management software.
• Collaborate with homeowners, office staff, and lead technicians to complete projects.
• Maintain company standards for appearance, communication, and equipment upkeep.
