Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required as per Allied Universal policy.
• Firefighting experience required.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check in accordance with federal/state/local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required before employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies, including emergency response.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, spills, and other critical situations following site protocols.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of buildings, production areas, parking areas, access points, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access by verifying credentials, directing visitors, and documenting entry/exit activity.
• Complete detailed activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications.
