SERVPRO Team Wall is seeking an Emergency Response Coordinator in Hunt Valley, MD to coordinate mitigation and restoration after fires, water, or storms. You will guide homeowners and businesses through next steps, coordinating with clients and local partners.

The role offers an uncapped commission plan and a base salary of $60,000–$65,000 with realistic total earnings of $100,000+. Applicants should reside near North Baltimore County and be available for after-hours emergencies and occasional

Responsibilities

• Arrive quickly to fire, water, or storm-related losses to consult with impacted property owners.
• Conduct ongoing prospecting and relationship building with local fire departments and insurance adjusters.
• Maintain daily readiness, including call-to-action planning and care kit preparation.
• Meet or exceed weekly sales activity and meeting goals.
• Conduct ongoing prospecting and territory research to identify new opportunities.
• Represent SERVPRO Team Wall professionally across all customer interactions.
• Complete additional responsibilities as assigned by the VP of Disaster Recovery and Emergency Response.
