Job summary

MTM LLC in Addison, IL is seeking an Emergency Response Coordinator to rapidly respond to property emergencies, engage homeowners and decision-makers, and guide them through initial post-emergency steps. You will build trust, manage deadlines, and drive growth in a fast-paced sales environment.

This role offers uncapped commissions and the potential to earn $100,000+ annually. You will coordinate mitigation, pursue new business, and exceed activity targets while delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to real-time emergency leads involving fire, water, storm, and other property damage.
• Meet with homeowners, property managers, and business decision-makers to understand their needs.
• Help customers navigate the initial steps following a property emergency.
• Coordinate mitigation and reconstruction opportunities with customers and internal teams.
• Build strong relationships with homeowners, property managers, insurance professionals, and other key decision-makers.
• Conduct in-person consultations and identify opportunities to provide additional services.
• Maintain daily readiness to respond to emergency opportunities.
• Prepare customer care kits and other resources needed for emergency response.
• Prospect within your assigned territory to identify new business opportunities.
• Conduct ongoing market and territory research.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects, customers, and referral partners.
• Meet or exceed weekly sales activity, appointment, and meeting goals.
• Accurately track customer interactions, opportunities, and sales activity.
• Represent the organization professionally in every customer interaction.
• Participate in regular work-in-progress meetings and team collaboration.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the growth of the emergency response team.
