Job summary

The Jackson National Life Insurance Company is seeking an Emergency Response Specialist to enhance physical security and manage guard force operations across company facilities.

You will lead access control, respond to life-safety incidents, and support executive travel and events. Travel may be required; strong leadership and reporting skills are essential.

This role requires 10+ years in law enforcement, LEOSA/CCW, and a proven ability to work under pressure while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Minimum HS diploma or equivalent required.
• 10+ years of recent law enforcement experience.
• LEOSA and Concealed Pistol License required.
• Valid state driver’s license and ability to pass background checks.
• Ability to obtain Jackson-approved training and pass medical certifications.
• Must pass pre-employment testing including drug screening and psychological evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement emergency response plans for security programs.
• Control access to facilities and respond to incidents.
• Conduct periodic patrols to identify hazards and violations.
• Monitor entrances and exits and facilitate movement of people and vehicles.
• Respond to emergencies following established protocols.
• Prepare logs and reports; maintain confidentiality.
