Destination Pet LLC in Westminster, CO is seeking a Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) for urgent care & emergency. You will work at the top of your license, supporting medical excellence with a transparent pay structure and a structured career ladder.

We offer $28.00-$32.00/hr, $1,500 annual CE allowance, 3 weeks PTO, comprehensive health/dental/vision, a 401(k) with 5% match, and a strong emphasis on growth, leadership development, and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Colorado RVT license.

Responsibilities

• Anesthesia & Analgesia: Full IV catheterization, multimodal pain management, induction, and advanced monitoring/recovery.
• Dentistry: Full-mouth dental radiography, charting, and periodontal therapy (per DVM direction).
• Diagnostics: High-quality radiography/positioning, in-house lab analysis, and sample collection.
• Nursing & Triage: Critical patient monitoring, advanced wound care, and managing catheters/feeding tubes.
• Workflow Leadership: Leading tech appointments, team huddles, and mentoring assistants/externs.

Your Role – Clinical Driver & Leader

As a Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT), you will be encouraged to work at the top of your license and serve as a clinical leader, ensuring medical excellence with a patient-first mindset. We follow AAHAutilizationguidance consistently.

You will primarilyutilizeyour skills in:
