Responsibilities

• Anesthesia & analgesia: IV catheterization, multimodal pain management, induction, monitoring and recovery.
• Dentistry: Full-mouth dental radiography, charting, periodontal therapy.
• Diagnostics: In-house lab analysis and radiography.
• Nursing & triage: Critical patient monitoring, wound care, catheters and feeding tubes.
• Workflow leadership: Lead tech appointments, team huddles, mentoring assistants/externs.

Your Role – Clinical Driver & Leader

As a Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT), you will be encouraged to work at the top of your license and serve as a clinical leader, ensuring medical excellence with a patient-first mindset. We follow AAHAutilizationguidance consistently.

You will primarilyutilizeyour skills in:

• Anesthesia & Analgesia: Full IV catheterization, multimodal pain management, induction, and advanced monitoring/recovery.

• Dentistry: Full-mouth dental radiography, charting, and periodontal therapy (per DVM direction).

• Diagnostics: High-quality radiography/positioning, in-house lab analysis, and sample collection.

• Nursing & Triage: Critical patient monitoring, advanced wound care, and managing catheters/feeding tubes.

• Workflow Leadership: Leading tech appointments, team huddles, and mentoring assistants/externs.
