All Clear Emergency Management Group, LLC, is seeking a detail-oriented Readiness and Response Coordinator to support the Connecticut Healthcare Coalition from a fully remote position. The role focuses on planning, exercises and coordination for coalitions across the United States.

The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years in public health or emergency management, strong facilitation and project management skills, and experience with adult learning and training development.

Formación

• Four to six years in public health, healthcare, emergency management, or related field.
• Knowledge of healthcare coalitions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Project management across multiple concurrent projects and timelines.
• Coordinate logistics and facilitation of multiple meetings and trainings per month.
• Facilitate interactive planning meetings (virtual and in-person) with multiple presenters.
• Experience with adult learners, training development and facilitation.
• Certifications or ability to obtain ICS/HICS 100–800 and IS-120.c within six months.
• Strong MS Office skills: PowerPoint, Word, Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, guide and manage Healthcare Coalition deliverables with clear participation and buy-in.
• Coordinate Coalition Meetings and Steering Committee meetings.
• Lead Work Group meetings with inclusive facilitation and time management.
• Support coalition response activation and documentation of briefings.
• Draft meeting minutes and maintain timely documentation.
• Engage with diverse stakeholders across disciplines.
• Track HPP deliverables and maintain project documentation.
• Assist in development of professional reports and deliverables.
• Meet deadlines within project budgets.
• Oversee event planning and logistics management.
