Memorial Hospital Belleville and Memorial Hospital Shiloh are seeking an experienced Emergency & Healthcare Coalition Manager to lead and sustain emergency management programs across two hospital campuses and the 11-county Healthcare Coalition. The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of experience, Hazardous Materials and ICS certifications, and a Bachelor's degree in Emergency Management or a related field.

Qualifications

• Experience in emergency management programs and disaster preparedness.
• Certifications in Hazardous Materials and Incident Command System are required.
• Qualified candidates have background in ASPR Hospital Preparedness Program-related activities.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements and evaluates emergency management programs and policies.
• Maintains regional and organizational readiness, exercises, and after-action improvements.
• Supports HICS and regional coordination centers for ESF-8 MACS.
