Ideal candidates are safety-focused, enjoy outdoor work, and thrive in challenging environments as part of a skilled team. Valid CDL-A and prior heavy equipment experience are required, with on-call availability and physical endurance expected.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with no restrictions.
• Experience operating heavy equipment.
• Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and physical capacity assessment.
• On-call 24/0.
• Must live within 45 minutes of the derailment shop.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and outdoor work.
• Comfort working at heights over 25 feet and in confined spaces.
• Work outdoors in changing weather and around moving vehicles/equipment.

Responsibilities
