Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with no restrictions.
• Previous experience operating heavy equipment.
• Basic mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting ability.
• Ability to be on call 24/7.
• Residence within 45 minutes of R.J. Corman Derailment shop.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check, drug screening, and physical capacity assessment.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting up to 50 pounds, frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching).
• Comfort working at heights, in confined spaces, and in varying weather conditions.
