Qualifications

• High school diploma required; relevant technical education preferred.
• Associate degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering preferred for senior roles.
• Strong trouble-shooting and diagnostics skills with EPSS equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical, electrical troubleshooting and repair of generators.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs during and outside business hours.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on generators.
• Read manuals, schematics and generator literature to perform tasks.
• Identify faulty operations and report to service manager promptly.
• Stay current on NFPA and state regulations for Emergency Power Supply Systems.
• Create detailed reports for all field work.
• Communicate findings via phone, email or in person.
• Commission industrial and MPS equipment as required.
