Responsibilities

• Operate the department's radio communications system and dispatch calls to officers.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with local agencies as needed.
• Notify supervisor of service issues, equipment problems, and major emergencies promptly.
• Monitor access control systems, issue temporary access cards, and manage related records.
• Record events accurately during each shift using CAD and documentation forms.
