Job summary

Emerald City Emergency Clinic in Seattle is seeking a friendly Client Service Representative to join our fast-paced emergency team. You’ll be the first and last point of contact for clients and their pets, delivering calm, compassionate service during stressful visits.

This role offers training in a veterinary setting, with benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, uniforms, and pet discounts. Prior veterinary experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or reception; veterinary experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication skills and empathy under pressure.
• Comfortable with computers and multi-line phone systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and manage lobby operations (check-ins/outs).
• Answer and route phone calls professionally and compassionately.
• Assist with emergency triage and timely communication.
• Perform accurate data entry and use computer-based systems.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, welcoming hospital environment.
