Emerald City Emergency Clinic in Seattle is seeking a friendly Client Service Representative to join our fast-paced emergency team. You’ll be the first and last point of contact for clients and their pets, delivering calm, compassionate service during stressful visits.

Emerald City Emergency Clinic is seeking an enthusiastic and empathetic Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our supportive and dedicated emergency team. Emergency or veterinary experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right candidate who brings a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping pets and the people who love them.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome clients and manage main lobby operations, including check‑ins and check‑outs

What We’re Looking For

• Able to lift up to 40 lbs
• Experienced in customer service or reception (veterinary experience preferred, but not required)
