Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or higher education.
• BLS for Healthcare Provider within 60 days after hire.
• CNA preferred; prior patient care and terminology knowledge advantageous.
• Computer literacy and ability to use information systems.

Responsibilities

• Assists with direct patient care under RN supervision.
• Documents patient care and data in forms and information systems.
• Performs vital signs, aseptic technique, specimen collection and basic therapies.
• Assists with activities of daily living (ADLs) like bathing and feeding.
• Completes duties within RN-provided timeframes; supports admissions/discharges.
• Observes patients and reports changes promptly.
