• Prepare and maintain study files, records and databases with accuracy.
• Coordinate study visits and ED research activities, including scheduling.
• Enter and verify data in EDC systems with precision.
• Conduct literature reviews to support ongoing studies.
• Assist with study reports, presentations, and regulatory docs.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance in all activities.
• Perform administrative tasks including filing and inventory management.
• Communicate effectively with study participants and staff.
• Support QA by identifying data discrepancies and issues.
• Adapt to changing priorities in the ED research environment.
• Assist in participant follow-up and retention.
