Job summary

SERB Pharmaceuticals is seeking a skilled Key Account Manager to promote Emergency Medicine products, including Aurlumyn, across Denver, Salt Lake City, and surrounding areas. You will build and maintain professional relationships with hospitals, pharmacists, surgeons, and other clinicians to drive formulary access and ensure compliant, on-message presentations.

The role requires 3+ years in hospital IV product sales, strong relationship-building abilities, and strategic thinking to develop

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years pharma hospital IV product sales or account management.
• 3+ years building relationships with pharmacists, emergency medicine and surgeons.
• Strong business sense to understand and analyze market drivers and develop plans.
• Thinks strategically to create customer engagement plans and multi-stakeholder buy-in.
• Experience working with physicians and staff in critical care environments.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed territory sales plans and budgets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, pharmacists, and surgeons.
• Create account-specific business plans based on local market forces.
• Drive formulary inclusion and protocol alignment in EMR systems.
• Deliver compliant, on-message sales presentations and tailor interactions.
