Job summary

Thyroxine SERB is seeking a results-driven Key Account Manager for Rare Emergency Medicine to promote SERB’s emergency care products in Denver, Salt Lake City and surrounding areas. You will build strong relationships with hospitals, pharmacists and clinicians, and drive formulary access and protocol adoption.

This customer-facing role requires 3+ years in pharmaceutical hospital IV sales or account management, a proven ability to influence decision makers, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years pharma hospital IV product sales or account management in the territory.
• 3+ years building relationships with pharmacists, emergency medicine and surgeons across multiple specialties.
• Strong business acumen to analyze drivers and build plans.
• Experience with EMR/CPOE systems and formulary processes.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed territory sales plan and budgets.
• Develop account-specific plans and identify decision-makers in hospitals.
• Advance formulary status and EMR integration.
• Engage stakeholders with compliant sales presentations.
• Travel to visit customers and contribute to territory programs.
