Wander Staffing seeks a Clinical Pharmacist – Emergency Medicine to deliver direct patient care and medication therapy monitoring at Brooke Army Medical Center in Fort Sam Houston, TX. You will provide ED pharmacotherapy, participate in trauma responses, and support discharge planning in a high-acuity setting.

The role requires Pharm.D., active license, and ASHP residency with BPS certification; BLS/ACLS are required. On-site, long-term W2 assignment with 40-hour weeks.

Qualifikationen

• Pharm.D. and eligible for licensure with current, full, active license.
• ASHP-accredited PGY1 or PGY2 residency preferred, with BPS certification.
• Recent hospital clinical experience and trauma/codes response proficiency.

• Provide direct patient care and medication management in emergency medicine.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize drug therapy daily.
• Review drug regimens for indication, dosing, interactions, and dosing in renal/hepatic impairment.
• Support discharge planning and antibiotic stewardship; respond to trauma emergencies.
