Emergency Telecommunicator Services seeks an Emergency Medical Dispatcher to manage urgent medical calls, collect incident details, and prioritize responses. You will follow approved protocols and coordinate with responders to ensure quick, accurate dispatch.

Depending on training and assignment, you may provide instructions before responders arrive and must adhere to medical dispatch oversight. Working schedules may include overnight shifts and overtime to support continuous operations.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent is commonly required.
• CPR certification and additional coursework may be required.
