Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in emergency management or related field required.
• Four years of professional work experience in emergency management or disaster training/education.
• Alternative combinations of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the annual training strategy, calendar, and implementation plan.
• Conduct needs assessments and analyze after-action reports and exercise improvement plans.
• Design, schedule, coordinate, deliver, and evaluate emergency management training across instructor-led, virtual, and hybrid formats.
• Maintain relationships with state and federal partners and professional associations.
