Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with ED experience preferred.
• BLS/ACLS/PALS/NIHSS certifications required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills essential.
• Ability to triage, prioritize, and coordinate patient flow in a busy ED.
• Stroke-care knowledge and education delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient flow and prioritize care within the ED.
• Serve as liaison with MDs and other providers.
• Coordinate patient placement and bed management across units.
• Monitor room availability and turnover; ensure timely orders and procedures.
• Lead staff guidance and ensure adherence to ED protocols.
