Catholic Charities Jacksonville Regional Office is seeking an in-office, full-time Emergency Financial Assistance Program Manager in Jacksonville, FL. This role leads all funding streams and operations, supervising Outreach, Intake, and Case Management staff, and ensuring compliance with funders and regulations.

Responsibilities include budgeting with agency leadership, reporting to funders, and strengthening partnerships to deliver timely, compassionate services to families in crisis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• Master’s degree preferred in a related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in social services or nonprofit programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Emergency Financial Assistance Program.
• Supervise program staff including Outreach, Intake and Case Management.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and grant requirements.
• Develop and review program policies and workflows for consistent service.
• Monitor outcomes, data reporting, and funding utilization.
