Responsibilities

• Receive Emergency and Non-Emergency calls via phone, radio, or CAD.
• Operate CAD and dispatch to coordinate Law Enforcement, Fire and EMS personnel.
• Provide pre-arrival and post-dispatch instructions during high-stress situations.
• Maintain thorough incident documentation and NCIC entries.
