The role requires handling calls, operating radio channels, and maintaining calm under pressure while coordinating with responders and internal teams.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• ACIC/NCIC Certification Level I & II required or obtainable on appointment.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Operate appropriate radio channels.
• Answer emergency and non-emergency phone lines.
• Operate various computer applications.
• Monitor status of police and fire personnel.
• Respond to a variety of requests from personnel.
