Kings III is seeking an Emergency Dispatcher for the 3rd shift in Coppell, TX. You will handle inbound calls from emergency phones in elevators, pools, and other areas, with extensive on-the-job training provided. You’ll work in a supportive environment focused on timely updates and safety.

Strong communication and customer service skills are essential. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of customer service or dispatcher experience if possible, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service, call center, or dispatcher experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to testing and emergency calls.
• Answer a high volume of inbound calls from customers and vendors.
• Document updates on emergency situations with accurate customer details.
• Notify the customer call list of emergent and non-emergent situations.
• Dispatch the Elevator Company or appropriate authorities when necessary.
• Manage multiple software programs for call handling and team communication.
• Provide world class customer service and adhere to core values.
