Job summary

Kings III is seeking an Emergency Dispatcher for first shift to handle inbound calls from emergency phones in elevators and other areas. The role offers extensive on‑the‑job training and a supportive environment focused on helping people in distress.

You will respond to testing and emergency calls, manage multiple software programs, dispatch appropriate services, and uphold Kings III’s core values while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service, call center, or dispatcher experience.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and 1st shift (7:45am - 4:15pm).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Accurate typing at least 35 wpm with 95%+ accuracy.
• Detail oriented and dependable, with ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Respond to testing and emergency calls.
• Answer a high volume of inbound calls from customers and vendors.
• Address inquiries, document updates on emergency situations, and provide accurate details.
• Notify the customer call list of emergent and non-emergent situations.
• Dispatch the Elevator Company or authorities when necessary.
• Manage multiple software programs for call handling and team communication.
• Communicate updates clearly and concisely.
• Provide world class customer service and uphold core values.
