Job summary

Kings III is seeking an Emergency Dispatcher for the 2nd shift to handle inbound calls from emergency phones across facilities. No prior dispatcher experience is required as extensive on-the-job training is provided, offering a chance to make a meaningful impact in a supportive environment.

You will manage multiple software programs, document updates, and dispatch appropriate authorities when needed while delivering world-class customer service and adhering to company values.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of customer service, call center, or dispatcher experience preferred.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and 2nd shift (3:45pm - 12:15am).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Accurate typing at least 35 wpm with 95% accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and dependability.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Respond to testing and emergency calls
• Answer a high volume of inbound calls from customers and vendors
• Document updates on emergency situations
• Notify the customer call list of emergent and non-emergent situations
• Dispatch the Elevator Company or the appropriate authorities when necessary
• Manage multiple software programs for call handling and team communication
• Communicate updates clearly and concisely
• Provide world class customer service
