Kings III Emergency Communication is hiring an Emergency Dispatcher for the 2nd shift. You will handle inbound emergency calls from push button phones, coordinate dispatch to elevators or authorities, and document updates. No prior dispatcher experience required as comprehensive training is provided in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1-year customer service, call center, or dispatcher experience.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and 2nd shift (3:45pm - 12:15am).

Responsibilities

• Respond to testing and emergency calls.
• Answer a high volume of inbound calls from customers and vendors.
• Address inquiries, provide accurate customer details, and document updates on emergency situations.
• Notify the customer call list of emergent and non-emergent situations.
• Dispatch the Elevator Company or the appropriate authorities when necessary.
• Manage multiple software programs for call handling and team communication.
• Communicate updates clearly and concisely.
• Provide world class customer service.
