Kings III Emergency Communications is seeking an Emergency Dispatcher for the 3rd shift to handle inbound emergency calls from push button phones in elevators, pools, and similar locations. No prior dispatcher experience required; extensive on-the-job training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of customer service, call center, or dispatcher experience.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and 2nd shift (3:45pm - 12:15am).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional active listening skills with focus and questions when needed.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently or in a team.
• Able to type at least 35 wpm with 95%+ accuracy.
• High attention to detail and dependability.
• Positive, competitive attitude; sense of humor a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to testing and emergency calls.
• Handle a high volume of inbound calls from customers and vendors.
• Document updates on emergency situations with accurate details.
• Notify call list of emergent/non-emergent situations.
• Dispatch Elevator Company or authorities when needed.
• Manage multiple software programs for call handling and team communication.
• Provide clear and concise updates to stakeholders.
• Deliver world-class customer service while following core values.
