• Strategic deployment of vehicles to cover geographic areas and mutual aid.
• Maintains status of vehicle and equipment breakdowns, services and reports.
• Uses phone lines to gather and disseminate information timely.
• Provides medical instruction to callers as needed.
• Monitors devices and takes appropriate action.
• Provides clerical support for department billing procedures.
• Delivers professional customer service to internal and external customers.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
