You will relay instructions, monitor responses, and maintain logs while supporting transport requests and pre-authorization processes. Strong customer service, data entry, and teamwork are essential; EMS dispatch

Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Emergency Medical Dispatch certification preferred.
• Experience with computer operations and data entry.
• Experience in health care/ambulance billing and radio communications.
• Excellent organizational skills and pleasant telephone manner.

Responsabilidades

• Receive, prioritize, and dispatch calls for emergency services.
• Enter accurate data into CAD system and monitor unit status.
• Relay dispatch information via radio to responding teams.
• Provide daily monitoring and status updates for patient transport crews.
• Coordinate with staff and ensure timely service delivery.
