Qualifications

• Serve as a trusted partner to nurses and providers, sharing observations and supporting care plans in a fast-paced environment.
• Guide safe mobility and recovery efforts, assisting ambulation, repositioning, and fall-prevention practices.
• Ensure accurate, timely documentation of vitals and patient status to support clinical decisions.
• Foster a calm, supportive environment for patients and families, offering reassurance and setting expectations.
