Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient care tasks under nursing staff to support examination, treatment and care of patients.
• Prepare patients, equipment and supplies for procedures and provide manual assistance as required.
• Collect, deliver and conduct routine tests on patient specimens.
• Escort or transport patients not requiring hemodynamic monitoring.
• Answer telephone and patient call bells; manage lab specimens and orders.
