Baptist Health ER & Urgent Care - Georgetown is seeking a part-time Nursing Assistant (Emergency Department Technician) for the third shift in Georgetown, KY. The ED team delivers urgent care services within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with patient care under RN supervision, maintaining accurate data entry, and supporting department flow. Prior nursing or clinical lab experience is preferred, with BLS required within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Kentucky Nurse Aide Certification required or equivalent nursing school clinical.
• BLS certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Functions within the ED team under the direction of the ED RN.
• Demonstrates excellent communication and coordination of patient care/department flow.
• Maintains computer skills and uses hospital systems for assigned duties.
• Keeps work area clean and organized to support efficient workflow.
• Collects, transports, and processes specimens per lab policy and procedure.
• Delivers patient care in alignment with hospital policies and procedures.
