Sierra Medical Center is recruiting an Emergency Department Registered Nurse for a full-time, high-demand ED. The role combines direct patient care with clinical leadership responsibilities and staff collaboration to ensure excellent outcomes.

Qualifications include 2 years of ED experience, an active RN license in the state, and BCLS with ACLS and PALS within six months of hire. A $7,500 sign-on bonus is offered, along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualificações

• 2 years ED experience required.
• Current RN license within the state of practice.
• Current BCLS Certification.
• ACLS Certified within six (6) months of hire.
• PALS within six (6) months of hire.
• ENPC and TNCC optional.

Responsabilidades

• Provides direct patient care and evaluates outcomes, coordinating with specialists as needed.
• Performs head-to-toe assessments on pediatric, adolescent, geriatric and general patient populations.
• Educates patients and families on pain management and relief strategies.
• Uses triage processes to prioritize care and assign appropriate triage categories.
