Qualifications

• Associate's or Vocational degree required.
• Licensed Registered Nurse – MN Board of Nursing required if MN state work upon hire; WI license required if WI state work upon hire.
• ACLS/ALS or in-house ACLS training within 60 days; TNCC multisource within 1 year; PALS within 180 days may be required.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive assessment of patient and family needs; establish plan of care and expected outcomes.
• Supervise progress and adjust the plan of care as needed; maintain high-quality patient care.
• Coordinate, delegate, and ensure care is provided safely and effectively; collaborate with the care team.
