Allina Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for Emergency Department/Urgent Care with a .75 FTE schedule and 12-hour night shifts. The role includes on-call duties every 4 weeks and a block schedule in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient and family needs; establish plan of care and monitor progress.

• Coordinate and delegate to ensure safe, effective care.
• Lead unit operations as Charge Nurse when in that role; mentor orientees.
