Job summary

Allina Health is looking for a Registered Nurse to join the Emergency Department at United Hospital in Saint Paul. In this rewarding role, you will provide high-quality nursing care in a Level 3 Trauma Center.

The ideal candidate must have an Associate's or Vocational degree, with at least 6 months RN experience in an emergency department. The position involves 12-hour shifts, requiring participation in weekend rotation, and adherence to BLS and trauma nursing requirements.

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Registered Nurse - MN Board of Nursing or WI Department of Safety & Professional Services required.
• 1 year RN emergency department experience or equivalent.
• Current BLS certification and Trauma Nursing Core Course required within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Maintain education and competencies for quality patient care.
• Coordinate with healthcare team to ensure effective patient care.
