Job summary

The MaineHealth Emergency Department in Biddeford/Sanford is hiring RN I and RN II in Acute Care. The unit treats patients from minor to critical, with a focus on teamwork and compassionate patient care.

New graduates and experienced RNs are supported by a yearlong RN Residency, clinical ladder, and ongoing training such as TNCC/ENPC; the site offers shift differentials and self-scheduling to enhance work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Education: RN with current state license required; BSN preferred.
• Licensure/Certification: Current RN license required. BLS cert required or within 30 days of start. Other certs may be required per area guidelines.
• Experience: New Grad or RN with less than 12 months experience.
• Experience: One year RN experience required. Automatic RN I advancement after onboarding and New Grad Residency completion.
