Grand Lake Health System is seeking a registered nurse to deliver patient-centered care using the nursing process in a hospital setting. The role requires completing assessments, planning, implementing, and evaluating care, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.

This full-time position offers 11a-11p shifts with every third weekend and holiday rotation. Graduate of an accredited nursing program with RN license is required; prior experience is preferred but not required.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Active RN license in good standing.
• Flexibility to work required shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver care through the Nursing Process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Direct and guide patient teaching and activities of Nursing Ancillary Personnel.
• Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to provide quality care and outcomes.
• May be required to work other patient care units or shifts as distribution of staff or patient acuity dictates.
