Grand Lake Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide patient care on a weekend schedule. You will work 7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. with a 48-hour weekend rotation and a 72-hour per pay schedule, including every third weekend and holiday rotation.

The role involves delivering nursing care, leading patient teaching, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes. Previous experience is preferred, but not required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Licensed RN in the respective state.
• Experience in nursing is preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Deliver patient care through the Nursing Process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Direct and guide patient teaching and activities of Nursing Ancillary Personnel.
• Assume a lead role in patient teaching and place the patient at the center of care practices.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide quality care and outcomes.
• May be required to work other units or shifts based on staffing, patient needs, and acuity.
