Job summary

AdventHealth is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide critical care in the Emergency Department. You will assess patients, develop care plans, administer medications, and monitor outcomes while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

You will document in the EMR, support quality initiatives, and mentor junior staff. A valid RN license and BLS are required, with BSN preferred; strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• RN licensure and BLS certification are required.
• Associate degree in nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Strong English communication and teamwork abilities expected.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and collect health data.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust care accordingly.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and care.
• Document care in EMR and participate in quality improvement.
