AdventHealth in Winter Haven, FL is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department to provide comprehensive patient assessments, develop care plans, administer medications, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safe, high-quality care.

Requirements include an Associate's in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred), current RN license, BLS, and 2+ ED experience; knowledge of Cerner EMR is a plus. Competitive pay with sign-on and relocation bonuses.

Qualifications

• 2+ Emergency Department experience
• RN license in good standing
• BLS certification required
• Ability to document accurately in EMR
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures

• Ability to work with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and collect health data
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
