Job summary

AdventHealth in Florida is seeking registered nurses with Emergency Department experience to join a dynamic team. The role involves conducting thorough assessments, developing and applying individualized care plans, and coordinating care with physicians, nurses, social workers, and therapists.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred.
• Emergency Department experience is required.
• English fluency in speech and writing is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments of physical, mental, and emotional health.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessments.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary care among physicians, nurses, social workers, and therapists.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Document patient information and care plans accurately in medical records.
• Administer medications and treatments safely following protocols.
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses and treatment options.
