The role includes involvement in throughput, staff development, and service excellence. The ideal candidate will be an RN with an ADN/BSN or RN diploma, with ACLS/BCLS and ENPC/PALS certifications or equivalents.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in TX or eligible for licensure
• ACLS and BCLS must be completed within specified timelines
• PALS/ENPC or equivalent pediatric life support required

Responsibilities

• Assist with admissions and discharges to ensure throughput and high-quality care
• Coordinate nursing care and supervise staff during shift
• Collaborate with management to improve outcomes and patient experience
