This pivotal position partners with the management team to shape care delivery, staff development, and quality initiatives, while upholding our commitment to exceptional patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• ACLS and BLS must be obtained within the stated time frames.
• TNCC/ENPC or PALS within specified time frames.
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Assist with admissions and discharges for throughput.
• Monitor and evaluate nursing care with management team.
• Collaborate with experts to improve patient outcomes.
• Foster patient-first philosophy and service recovery.
• Support nursing strategies and staff engagement initiatives.
• Contribute to interviewing, training, and staff development decisions.
• Assist with staff scheduling to meet patient care needs.
• Support inventory control and supplies management.
